Tim Rickard of Greensboro, NC, is the cartoonist behind the comic strip Brewster Rocket: Space Guy! He attended Kentucky Wesleyan College and worked as a staff artist for the Greensboro News & Record before signing a syndication deal with Tribune Media Services Internation. Tim is married and has two children.

Brewster Rocket is the not so bright commander of the R.U. Sirius. Brewster’s travels through the cosmos with his crewmaters Winky, Doctor Mel, Pam and Cliff. Brewster’s adventures sometimes have an eerie similarity with other well-known
science fiction, including a recent hiliarious send-up of “Planet of the Apes”.
